Heritage Village of Waterville, a Certus Healthcare Management Community, is seeking a Scheduler to join our team! This position is ideal for an individual with prior experience in staff scheduling. Experience with healthcare scheduling is a plus!
We utilize a third-party software to schedule all departments, and this position would be responsible for learning that system, maintaining schedules in the system and assisting our clinical teams with a master schedule and daily staffing.
The compensation range for this position starts at $17 an hour.

- Is not an active State Tested Nursing Assistant
- Has prior experience utilizing OnShift Software
This position is ideal for someone who has prior experience in scheduling multiple departments. We are looking for this person to oversee the scheduling for our facility via the use of a scheduling software called OnShift.
