Heritage Village of Waterville, a Certus Healthcare Management Community, is seeking a Scheduler to join our team!
We offer full benefits, 401K, tuition reimbursement and competitive wages starting at $17.00 per hour.
We are interested in an individual who:
- Has prior experience with scheduling
- Can multi-task and remain organized
- Has a positive and uplifting personality
- Does not mind jumping in and assisting the team
- Is not an active State Tested Nursing Assistant
- Has prior experience utilizing OnShift Software
This position is ideal for someone who has prior experience in scheduling multiple departments. We are looking for this person to oversee the scheduling for our facility via the use of a scheduling software called OnShift. If you are someone who has prior experience with OnShift and scheduling, then this is a great opportunity for you!
