Summary
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment.
This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.
Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $19.00 an hour
Shifts available: Day Shift- 7am to 7pm
This position is unique because it is a Part Time position on our Weekend Warrior Program! Work Every Sunday and Monday (24 hours) and get paid for 32 hours!
Part Time: Additional Benefits include:
- A referral program paying up to $2000 per referral

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
- Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
Requirements
- Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid certification.
- Experience in senior care or medical-surgical settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely.
