Perrysburg Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a long-term care and skilled nursing community located in Perrysburg, Ohio, is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our community and the Certus Healthcare family in our newly renovated building!
Currently seeking 1 Activity Assistant to fill the openings for this position. Pay rate starts at $11.25 per hour based on experience.
Current schedule consists of 5 days per week working a 8-hour shift (9am-5pm) and every other weekend shift rotation.
We expect to fill this position within the next 30 days; our process includes an onsite interview, orientation, and a period of new hire training.
