What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Maintenance Assistant position at Certus Healthcare?
Certus Healthcare has a unique opportunity for a skilled trades individual. We are seeking an individual with experience in multiple skilled trades. Our newest opportunity for a Corporate Maintenance Assistant will assist all of our communities and properties with multiple types of maintenance projects; including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General building repairs. Prior experience in healthcare or long term care facilities is not required for this position but is a plus! No specific certifications required to apply, but EPA certifications are a plus!
This position will require you to travel to all of our communities across the state of Ohio, identify, solve and fix maintenance issues in our communities. Specific scheduling details are up for negotiation but some amount of on call may be required for this position.
Starting negotiable salary begins at $65,000 annually
