Heritage Village of Waterville, a Certus Healthcare Community, is currently looking for an energetic and responsible Maintenance Director that wants to grow within a positive environment! The ideal candidate for this position would be not only have maintenance knowledge but would also have a skill set to complete maintenance tasks as needed in the facility. These tasks may include drywall repair, moderate to minor plumbing repair, moderate to minor electrical issues, HVAC and general life safety concerns within the community.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director Full-Time 8am-4pm, with potential for after hours in case of emergency. The starting hourly wage for this position is $25.00 per hour.
