What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid MDS Nurse position at Certus Healthcare?
Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, is seeking a LPN or RN to join our team as a MDS Nurse!
This position is a Monday through Friday position with no floor coverage or on call responsibilities. This position will be a part of our management team at the community and will be a part of manager on duty rotation for weekend management coverage.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days at the community a week, 2 days working remotely and comes with a competitive negotiable salary starting at $70,000.00!
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of at least 2 years experience with MDS or related experience. Prior experience in an MDS nurse position is a plus!
