Heritage Village of Waterville, a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing community in Waterville, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team with a starting negotiable salary of $105,000!
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations and management of our long-term care facility. Newly licensed Administrators are welcome to apply!
This position does have a current sign on bonus that will be discussed during the interview process in more detail.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial acumen, medication administration, and a deep understanding of resident rights in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or group homes.

Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Supervise staff members and coordinate resident care services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Ensure the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction
- A License in Nursing Home Administration
- A strong, experienced, and confident leadership style
- With prior knowledge of operational and oversight functions within a long-term care community
- Experience with financials, hiring and overseeing directors, supervisors, consultants, and auxiliary personnel
- Knowledge of appropriate staffing requirements and confirming they are maintained daily
- Ability to serve as a liaison to the medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.
Requirements
- Valid LNHA license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in long-term care or assisted living management
- Strong knowledge of operations management within healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
