Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Certus Healthcare Management. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs
Shifts available: Night Shift- 7pm to 7am
This position comes with the following scheduled days on an every 2 week schedule.
- Week 1: Sunday, Friday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Part Time: Additional Benefits include:

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
Salary : $29 - $40
