Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for residents.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and overall function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate residents and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
