This position will oversee 6 properties with a total of 8 communities. The properties range from Zanesville to New Concord to Belmont County. Travel will be required to all communities.
Summary
As the Regional Director of Culinary Services at Certus Healthcare Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing culinary operations across our communities. This leadership position is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the implementation of best practices to ensure quality services, food preparation, and budgeting of our culinary service teams.
Responsibilities
- monitor, train and support Culinary Directors at each community
- assist with menu development
- assist with monitoring and reducing food costs when needed
- complete kitchen audits to ensure compliance and readiness
Starting negotiable salary for this Monday through Friday position is $70,000 annually
