We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Experience in Assisted Living a plus. Must love working with the elderly.
*Duties*
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Conduct repairs and replacements as needed
- Painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in facility maintenance tasks as required
- Air conditioner routine maintenance
- Ensuring grounds and property are clean and in good repair
- Janitorial duties
*Experience*
- Proficiency in maintaining building equipment
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
