Clinical Marketing Liaison

The Clinical Sales Liaison cultivates referral relationships, manages assigned territory, and completes resident screenings to identify appropriate residents for admission into the community. Responsible for managing and generating referrals through business development efforts in the assigned territory (hospitals, SNF’s, independent living communities, assisted living communities, memory care communities, doctor’s offices, and home health). Plays a crucial role in driving occupancy growth by generating and qualifying leads. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective residents and their families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers. Identifies and contacts new and potential referral sources to grow their respective territory. Acts as a liaison by coordinating educational meetings with referral sources utilizing the CERTUS Institute’s educational information and partnering with the education team.

· Manages the referral, screening, and admission process. (This includes gathering 1823’s and signed medication lists before a resident moves-in).

· Establishes strong relationships with referral sources throughout their territory.

· Coordinates and is present during educational in-services and professional presentations.

· Utilizes market analysis to identify new opportunities.

· Partners with the Executive Director to grow occupancy by generating income qualified leads.

Must have an active RN or LPN license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
