Dining Services Associate

The Dining Associate will perform tasks for all phases of the dining experience including providing a clean and attractive environment, resident seating, preparing and serving meals, and supporting the community’s special events.

Main duties:

• Participate in training on the process of setting & waiting on tables, cleaning procedures, safe food handling procedures, and compliance to dress code; follow procedures at all times.
• Follow proper storage practices of china, silverware, serving utensils, etc. and notify the Dining Services Director of any inventory needs.
• Assist new residents as they integrate into the community’s dining environment, e.g. seating assignments, menu choices, special diets, food/drink preferences.
• Dining room cleaning and kitchen compliance
