Job Overview :
The Reporting Specialist is responsible for the timely reporting of course or program completions to the given regulatory agency in their assigned specialties. This includes pulling course completion data, reporting completions to the licensing agency through a variety of methods, communicating submission to the licensee, and maintaining records in accordance with agency requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the internal point of contact and authority on assigned specialties reporting; educate and communicate offered courses, state agencies, and reporting requirements to internal customers.
- Create and / or modify student completion reports to meet the data submission requirements for reporting, as set by the regulatory agency.
- Report completions within a prescribed timeframe to the relevant regulatory agency using the agency's required reporting method.
- Communicate all reporting issues to relevant parties (e.g., Reporting Manager, Customer Support, Applications Specialist, Licensee) and drive the resolution.
- Create custom documentation, certification, and records as required by the regulatory agency.
- Secure and update, as necessary, access to reporting portals.
- Interact professionally with various regulators as it relates to their role.
- Maintain records database and assist in compiling requested historical data for records or roster audits.

This position has a base pay of $19 / hour. Employees are eligible for up to a 5% annual bonus.
