Responsibilities of our Entry Level Lead Sales Agent:
- Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience in-person through providing information on client products and services
- Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
- Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
- Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
- Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
- Brainstorm and strategize with other Entry Level Lead Sales Agents for new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins
Requirement for our next Entry Level Lead Sales Agent:
- 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required
- Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills is a must!
- Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
