Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project contract and regulatory compliance
- Submittal processing and review
- Review design documents for constructability and compliance
- Provide oversight of submittals reviews during construction delivery.
- Development of quality control and assurance plans
- Provide direction on project changes, claim avoidance, monthly payment, and acceptance
- Professional Engineer licensure required
- Prior experience on VDOT Construction Projects required
- Minimum of 10 years of transportation construction experience required
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
- Design Build Professional (DBIA) Certification preferred
