UX Designer Cary NC As a User Experience (UX) Design Lead you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the development of User Interaction task flows, wireframes, prototypes through to final production for new and existing products. In addition, you will : Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to features and develop user-centered system requirements Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities for a variety of projects of highly automated systems Collaborate with UX designers on solution concepts derived from user-centered system requirements Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure features are implemented according to specification Mentor and coach less-experienced UX Designers Note : A portfolio demonstrating ability to prototype and design elegant UX solutions (website URL or attachment) is required upon application.
