POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Operations will oversee the daily administrative operations of Veritas Classical Academy, developing and managing efficient processes that support our operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages the annual enrollment and waitlist cycles, including late enrollment and withdrawal processes, and transfer of records documents/processes.
- Maintain detailed records of student enrollment in each grade level in PowerSchool.
- Provides weekly reports to Headmaster regarding enrollment numbers.
- Manages enrollment appointments, communication, and document collection.
- Manages document collection and upload per Wisconsin guidelines.
- Receives and processes record requests from schools; maintains student withdrawal files.
- Prepares all files for state audits, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
- Maintains all student files, uploads, and records.
- Manages all necessary uploads to the WI Dept. of Public Instruction.
- Provides excellent customer service to families over the phone, email, etc.
- Assists in coordinating textbooks, materials, lockers, and necessary student deposits.
- Assists the Headmaster in creating student sections and schedules in PowerSchool.
- Provides support for marketing, student recruitment, school events, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Education and/or Licensure:
- Prior experience working in a school’s front office preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to organize confidential data efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, co-workers and the broader community
- Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Motivated self-starter with an ownership attitude.

Physical Demands:
