ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Cesar Saldivia - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries.

Manage schedules and book appointments.

Handle onboarding tasks for new clients.

Act as a liaison between client and agency, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Assist in organizing marketing events, preparing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
