Job Overview
High production Collision Repair shop in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Prepper or Painter. Position requires preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepped and ready for high-quality finishes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work with various tools, and a commitment to time constraints. Must be familiar with Water-based refinish products. Currently using PPG.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired surface conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Must have refinish experience and ability to paint vehicles when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
