Job Summary
Manages and coordinates the activities and operations of the Information Technology Department including hardware, software, network, telephone, and computer systems administration; identifies, recommends, develops, implements, and supports cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization; prepares bid specifications and analyzes bid proposals for computer and network equipment and software; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies.
Job Description
- Maintains network and servers in a24x7 environment.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Preserves assets by implementing & testing security controls and disaster recovery / backup solutions.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Provides support to remote team members as required.
- Provides support for ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Performs other duties as required.
