Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to join our team, managing critical IT functions and
operations. This role requires on-site presence at Troy Office to ensure
the seamless operation of our 24 / 7 equipment and network assets located at the Troy
Office and branch sites. The IT Manager will manage various IT tasks, ensuring optimal
performance and security of our IT infrastructure
Job Description
Develop and manage IT budgets, overseeing investments in system development and
hardware.
Manage laptop and network assets, including creating images, setup, maintenance,
and decommissioning.
Oversee server management, including security patches, backups, and security
checks.
Administer software assets, ensuring compliance and addressing unauthorized
software.
Manage video equipment and provide user support for Cloud PC, MS Teams, external
storage devices, and test equipment.
Conduct regular cybersecurity checks and respond to customer cybersecurity surveys.
Support the development and operation of key applications, addressing any issues that
arise.
Qualifications
8 to15 years of relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and user support.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT infrastructure management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24 / 7 operational environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
