Job Summary

  • We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies
  • and ensure that new product launches align with customer needs and market trends, from
  • initial ideation through to launch and beyond. This role supports product lifecycle
  • management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners to
  • ensure effective positioning, promotion, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate
  • combines a passion for beauty and cosmetics with strong analytical skills, experience in
  • consumer insights, and a knack for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategis and plans for new product launches
  • and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to ensure product features
  • align with brand and consumer trends.
  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and
  • target customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to refine product
  • marketing strategies.
  • Manage product launch calendars and timelines to ensure effective and timely
  • rollout.
  • Work closely with sales teams and retailers to build marketing materials and support
  • campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Analyze and report on product performance post-launch, generating actionable
  • insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop digital and in-store promotional strategies and content to maximize
  • consumer engagement.
  • Create and manage product training materials for internal teams and retail
  • partners.
  • Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in product marketing or related roles in beauty, cosmetics, or
  • fashion industries.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and demonstrated experience in
  • cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders,
  • including C-suite, vendors, and retail partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of
  • attention to detail.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, including KPI tracking and analysis.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
