Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines and goals, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Conduct research and gather data for project-specific requirements and regulations
- Prepare, organize, and submit required documents and presentations for client meetings and regulatory compliance
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries
- Adjust to changing project needs while managing multiple priorities effectively
- High school diploma or GED; 1 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong contract administration skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Passion for customer service, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving skills
