- Previous experience leading Project to Product Transition and Organizational Transformation at Fortune 1000 companies
- 5 years of experience in Community / Culture Building roles: Creating a culture of shared best practices, proactively address organizational obstacles, and provide coaching to adopt Product based delivery and mindsets
