The Council for Educational Travel (CETUSA) is a nonprofit international exchange organization that coordinates meaningful, life-changing cultural exchange experiences for high school students, university students, and young professionals. We work with volunteer host families, high schools, universities, and host employers across the U.S., and partner with numerous international sending organizations worldwide.

CETUSA is a U.S. Department of State Exchange Visitor (J-1 visa) sponsor organization.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Development Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that further our national outreach, oversee and centralize training resources, develop and oversee an engaging alumni network, and manage content brand alignment. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a deep understanding of program development and content strategy. The Program Development Manager will play a critical role in the long-term success and growth of our programs, ensuring that key stakeholders are effectively supported and engaged.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team & project management
• National outreach strategy and implementation, including social media.
• Centralization of training program
• Manage alumni network program
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and programs

Physical Requirements :

This position requires the ability to perform tasks that may include extended periods of sitting at a desk using a computer and engaging in office-related activities. The ideal candidate should be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; use a computer an keyboard for extended hours; communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via email.
