What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Hospitality Director position at Ceta Canyon Camp & Retreat Center?
Ceta Canyon is a Christian Camping Ministry serving over 8,000 guests on an annual basis. We offer summer camps as well as year-round retreats for a variety of groups. The Marketing and Hospitality Director is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts, photography, graphic design, and digital communications. This position will also create group bookings and contracts, ensuring excellent customer service from initial to final contact with leaders. Additionally, this role has high involvement in overseeing the camper registration process and onboarding for volunteers and seasonal staff. A full job description may be provided upon request.
The ideal candidate will be an efficient multi-tasker with a high attention to detail, ability to organize and record files, and an effective communication style. Experience in photography, graphic design, and a working knowledge of Google Ads/SEO is essential. Preferred experience in CampBrain or similar software.
