As a Technical Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with our Service, Operations and Sales business owners and cross functionally across Cetera along with our Salesforce Engineers, Architects, QA team design and deliver solutions for our Service and Operations organization within Cetera.
This role combines business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise, focusing on understanding business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure they align with business goals and technical capabilities.
This position will have the flexibility to work a hybrid work scheduled from one our offices: Dallas TX, San Diego, CA, El Segundo, CA Shamburg IL, , Dubuque, IA and ST. Cloud, MN.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.

What you will do:
Technical Business Analysis:
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate sessions to understand business needs, document requirements, and identify gaps.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Solution Design: Design and propose Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, considering both functional and technical aspects.
- User Story Development: Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Create mockups, workflow/system flows diagrams, data mapping, use cases, etc.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within Salesforce.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- Prioritization: Prioritize features and functionalities based on business needs and customer feedback.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of different stakeholders, including customers and internal
- Product Backlog: Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure product alignment.
- Product Vision: Articulate the product vision and ensure it aligns with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including developers and administrators.
Salesforce Expertise:
- Functional Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Service, Experience and Sales functionalities and features within the Fintech domain.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce concepts like Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
- Integration: Understand and contribute to Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce functionality and processes.
What you will need to have:
Requirements Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce technical BA experience.
- Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, including Omni Chanel including case management and workflows.
- Familiarity with Document Management, workflow and BPMs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical strategy within a team.
- Strong communications skills and can lead discussions with business stakeholders and cross functional Engineering team members
