The High Net Worth Client Manager plays a vital role in managing high-net worth opportunities from external advisors, acting as a project manager throughout the sales process with prospective clients and their advisors. This position serves as the key liaison between advisors, their clients, and various internal teams at Cetera that facilitate a smooth onboarding experience into our ecosystem. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days a week in the office, and candidates must be located near an office hub.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage communication between advisors and the high-net worth solutions team to effectively oversee incoming opportunities.
  • Engage with advisors to assess the specifics of each opportunity and determine the necessary products / services for prospective clients.
  • Keeps the high-net worth solutions team informed about the status of opportunities and the action plan for each.
  • Conduct regular outreach to Growth Managers to identify potential high-net worth opportunities.
  • Support the high-net worth team in creating tailored presentation materials for individual prospects.
  • Develop marketing collateral for high-net worth solutions to inform advisors and growth teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline report dedicated to tracking progress against high-net worth goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HNW Solutions to enhance the visibility and reach of the high-net worth solutions team across the Cetera network.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with high-net worth clients, financial services, estate planning, or trusts.
  • Proven ability to function in a project management capacity, ensuring seamless coordination among all relevant parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and accommodating approach to serving client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset regarding potential client needs.
  • Ability to maintain a structured process with consistent coordination and scheduling.
  • Exceptional communication skills to keep all parties informed of status and next steps.
  • Solid understanding of the needs of high-net worth clients, including investment management, estate and tax planning, and trust structures (basic knowledge is sufficient).
  • Professional demeanor and presence that conveys confidence and accountability.
  • Familiarity with Cetera’s organization is highly preferred.
  • Compensation :

    The base annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus. Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
