Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Imaging PBD Department located in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our clients.
What You Will Do
- Provide operational, customer service and administrative support for the Imaging PBD Department.
- Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include scanning, sorting mail, working within Docupace, depositing and blottering checks, working within Salesforce
- Perform research and interpret contents of company and customer documents.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, Instant Messaging, and various work queues
- Perform research as requested on customer accounts.
- Other duties as assigned
- Specific Knowledge of Financial Services Industry and operational process
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Attention to detail is a must
- Organizational skills is a must
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in a corporate environment
