What we need :
Cetera Financial Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Architect for our flagship customer-facing platform, AdviceWorks. This role will research, design, and integrate solutions within Cetera’s application ecosystem. This role reports to the Head of Advisor & Client Technology and will work closely with business partners, application managers, and development teams.
What you will do :
- Architect solutions for Cetera’s Advisor and Client portals.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs along with architecturally significant functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide technical thought leadership and be a strong collaborator with domain SMEs, application owners, development teams, and management.
- Document key architecture guidelines, design approaches, and business processes by producing formal documents like a Solution Architecture Document and a Technical System Design Specification.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to develop integration solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting complex issues and resolving defects.
- Perform evaluations of applications for reuse and standardization across the enterprise.
- Drive and deliver proof of concepts to meet business needs.
- Proactively seek opportunities to optimize and enhance current technology portfolio, capabilities, and processes.
- Participate in conferences and industry thought leadership.
