Financial Professional
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and capable Financial Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on sales and customer service, with the ability to develop professional and mutually beneficial relationships with a wide variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with current and potential bank customers to determine their investment planning goals and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop a client base to which appropriate wealth management products can be sold.
- Analyze information regarding customer risk tolerance, long- and short-term goals, income, assets, investments, and debts.
- Advising customers on the advantages, risks, and disadvantages of different products.
- Develop internal referral resources to identify customers.
- Identify external prospects and expand new client relationships.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to other lines of bank representatives through proper customer profiling and needs-based selling.
Requirements:
- FINRA Series 7, 63 (Required)
- State Life & Health Insurance License of state where applying (Required)
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
- 2 years of experience in finance, insurance, and/or banking.
