The Financial Consultant role is designed to provide comprehensive financial guidance and investment management services to meet the needs of our consumer and business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a client base and identify suitable wealth management products for each customer's unique situation.
- Collect and analyze customer information to determine their risk tolerance, goals, income, assets, investments, and debts.
- Advise customers on the advantages, risks, and disadvantages of various products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and refer customers to other bank sales representatives as needed.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and registrations, and complete required training in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A strong focus on sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed expectations in all aspects of the role.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or FINRA Series 7, 66 certification (required).
- Life and Health Insurance license (required).
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a producing advisor.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
