Cetra Ruddy is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a deep focus in healthcare, cultural, educational, or institutional projects. We are looking for a designer who is highly experienced in using Revit, has worked on large-scale complex projects and knows how to navigate various client relationships and personalities accordingly. A successful candidate is someone who is technically sophisticated and prepared to be involved in all aspects of the design and project process.
In this role, you will provide direction and work alongside our Principals and other senior leaders as well as project designers in the design development of projects. You will be responsible for the development & execution of accurate drawings, renderings, and images for presentation, coordination, and construction administration as well as the selection and specification of FF&E. Additionally this position will be called upon to oversee the work of Jr. Designers and Interns. In all work, whether internal or external, you will relentlessly pursue & champion CetraRuddy's design integrity & intention.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Candidates must have 8 years of experience in educational, civic, or healthcare interior designAdvanced expertise in Revit.Prior experience working on a large design team, integrating the interior design into the broader project framework.Proven strong design sensibility and strength of technical knowledge.Expertise in selecting and specifying materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that meet the aesthetic and functional goals of each project.Experience independently designing spaces while effectively incorporating the direction and concepts provided by the Design Principal.Strong written & verbal communication skills.Demonstrated strong organization skills with a keen attention to detail.Exceptional graphic production & presentation abilitiesComputer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and the Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesA collaborative attitude and commitment to actively contributing to the studio culture.
Pay Range :
The base salary will be estimated between $105,000 - $120,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience
