Duties:
Develop design concepts and schemes; oversee & direct the planning, designing, and furnishing interiors of multi-family residential, from luxury condominium to affordable housing, hospitality, or commercial projects; provide final selections for all fixtures, finishes, furniture, and fabrics; review working drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance; direct & train junior staff; and style and art direction for photoshoots.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, or similar, plus 18 months of experience as an Interior Designer for an architectural firm, and one year of experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Salary Offered: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
