YOUR ROLE
At CEVA Lead Logistics, we are providing customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across their entire Supply Chain. Our operations experts located across the globe in our Control Towers provide services around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Monitoring, as well as managing performance and freight cost.
This role ensures operational services are executed in an effective and efficient manner by the different operational teams, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Operations Management
- Overall responsible for all activities in one of the regional CLL Control Towers
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all Control Tower Teams with established and agreed processes and customer work standards (SOPs)
- Overall responsible and accountable for the fulfilment of agreed internal and customer quality metrics and KPIs, with the aim to achieve high-quality service delivery to CLL’s customers
- Constantly monitor and improve team productivity to ensure profitability of all operational accounts
- Act as senior management counterpart and ultimate escalation point for Control Tower Operations towards other CLL management stakeholders as well as CLL customers
