The Role

We are seeking an experienced Import/Export Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a single point of coordination between customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cordinate with customers, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance of goods;

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations staff, and customer service representatives;

• Provide expert guidance on international trade regulations and procedures;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in import/export coordination, logistics, or a related field;

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures;
