Base Salary : $80,000-$110,000
Commission : $0-$70,000
Job Summary and Purpose :
The Ceva Territory Manager is a vibrant, self-motivated, results-oriented sales driver. This position involves building strong relationships with veterinary professionals, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through Ceva's product lines. Responsibilities and Key Duties :
- Preparing and Executing the Sales Plan :
Manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives according to defined account segmentation.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related sales results as needed through the advocacy of strategic products.
Create high-level confidence in the Ceva product range.
Build long-term strategic relationships with veterinarians and key decision-makers within veterinary clinics.
Collect and share impressions and information about competitors by gathering current marketplace information.
Negotiate with key decision-making buyers according to Ceva’s commercial policy.
Complete administrative and sales reporting duties as required.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience :
Other : Must have an acceptable driving record and be willing to spend 8 hours per day in a vehicle.
Physical Requirements : Ability to travel via plane or car for up to 8 hours per day. Must possess the ability to read, speak, and understand English.
Working Conditions : Primary work location is making sales calls within a veterinary clinic. Must be comfortable working around animals.
Travel Required : Overnight travel required; the amount varies by territory.
