This position is responsible for managing and executing digital projects within the region, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Regional Digital Project Manager (GMSQ Americas)
Location: Lenexa, KS
The Regional Digital Project Manager will work within the Global OpEx, Digital and AI team, supporting the Americas. This position is responsible for managing and executing digital projects within the region, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities And Key Duties
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, from key users to senior management and across departments, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure all projects adhere to these parameters.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital projects meet the highest quality standards and align with GMSQ guidelines and objectives.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet project goals.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
- Experience with change management and agile methodology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Work Experience: 5 years of work-related experience delivering digital projects as a project manager. Demonstrable experience in managing digital projects within the industrial or regulated industry.
- Preferred Skills: PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domain. Experience with MES, LES, LIMS, or ERP systems.
- Ability to read, write legibly and communicate in English
- Capable of working extensively with computers
- Tasks frequently require prolonged mental and visual concentration
- This is a pure business role with boots-on-the-ground execution across our campuses in the Americas, requiring up to 25% travel.
