Warehouse Operations Specialist
CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods through our facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Execute manual labor functions such as picking inventory, counting cargo, and hand staging and loading goods.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within assigned areas.
- Manage sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, pallets, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Operate a forklift when required and is fully trained and operational.
- Complete or verify appropriate forms, documents, labels, and other information to ensure the accuracy of inventory and monitor and track material and successful receiving and/or delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
- Forklift Certification typically required in most operations within 3 to 6 months of hire.
- Valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
