Your Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilites:

- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to support the firm’s growth objectives.
- Identify and analyze new markets, clients, and services, with a particular emphasis on the NY/NJ region.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with attorneys and key clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor the firm’s services to the unique requirements of clients.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to monitor industry trends and assess the competitive landscape.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate closely with partners and practice groups to craft persuasive client pitches.
- Networking and Outreach:
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build visibility and foster relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with the firm’s broader strategic goals.
