Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about our services to ensure a positive customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by researching and analyzing information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Order Processing:
- Enter customer orders and schedule appointments for deliveries.
- Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting:
- Generate various reports for dispatch and management, as well as updating shared sheets daily.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
