Join our team as a Fan Ambassador at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame! We are looking for individuals who love engaging with people, delivering top-notch customer service, and sharing the excitement of the sport. This role offers flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts, and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. No prior experience? No problem! We provide excellent training to ensure your success.
What You Will Do:
Fan Ambassadors serve as the face of the Hall of Fame, interacting with guests both at the museum and at events throughout Atlanta. Your mission is to make every visitor feel welcome, entertained, and informed, creating a fun experience that they will remember forever.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Engage: Welcome visitors with a warm smile and provide helpful guidance, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Create Excitement: Lead visitors through our exhibits with enthusiasm, sharing fun facts and sports trivia to enhance their experience.
- Customer Support: Assist guests with ticketing, check-ins, and transactions, using POS terminals and mobile devices.
- Crowd Control: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment by managing crowd flow and helping guests navigate the space.
- Entertainment: Take part in interactive activities, such as playing catch with visitors on the field, and helping with special events.
- Lead Group Tours: Guide visiting groups with energy, sharing your love for college football and the Hall’s unique exhibits.
- Special Events: Play a key role during private events, overseeing exhibit areas and leading exclusive group experiences.
Plus suit up as Fumbles, our football mascot, and bring even more joy to the Hall, earning $20/hour while embodying the spirit of the game!

Experience & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the venue with ease.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting. The ability to work in different weather conditions is necessary.
Salary : $15 - $20
