Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in agricultural replacement parts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions tailored to their agricultural operations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Proactively reaching out to agricultural businesses to introduce our products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural industry.
- Understanding customers' needs and challenges and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the outside sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in the agricultural sector.
- Strong sales approach with a proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Willingness to help customers and find solutions to their agricultural challenges.
- Agricultural background and experience would be beneficial.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
