This role involves providing exceptional service to CFCU members by handling various financial transactions, including verifying data and issuing receipts. You will also provide assistance and information to members to help them understand and utilize our services effectively. Additionally, you will cross-sell credit union services to satisfy member needs and execute safety and security procedures established by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school education or equivalent and up to 6 months of similar or related cash handling experience. You must also possess basic computer skills and be detail-oriented to handle numbers and names accurately. Furthermore, you should have ten key calculator and computer keyboard experience.
