CFCU Community Credit Union (CFCU) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Marketing Analyst and Event Specialist . This individual will obtain and analyze internal and external consumer and market information to be utilized in decision making matters, as well as participate in events and public relations programs. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of community, an outgoing personality, the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduled work hours will vary and may include some evenings and weekends based on community and CFCU related events.

Responsibilities :
- Utilize available data sources and methods (DNA / digital banking, Bank Intelligence, Integrator Advance, Velocity, surveys, etc.) to :
o identify opportunities and provide recommendations to grow and retain membership.
o measure, manage and deepen member relationships and profitability.
o assist organization with referrals, sales, tracking and reporting.
o assist Marketing Manager in determining marketing campaign strategies and results, considering the product, service and / or brand being promoted and the target audience.
Utilizes and analyzes Google Analytics, member survey tools, and marketing data tools, communication channels, and other available data and information resources to gather pertinent information, ascertain actionable items, support credit union growth, and track and measure results.Monitor and update digital signage, virtual teller machines and touch tables.In coordination with the rest of the marketing team, monitor internal, member, and market communication channels and respond accordingly (e.g. social media posts, alerts to website / digital channels, etc.).Assists in maintaining Credit Union website, ensuring information is accurate, appropriate, and current.Responsible for developing and maximizing the use of Smartsheet for the marketing team.Participates as a representative of the marketing team on organizational project teams as assigned.Understands and supports the Credit Union's mission and values and remains current on programs and policies. Promotes the Credit Union products and marketing initiatives to employees. Communicate regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and met. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external contacts and represents the Credit Union in a positive manner.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Provide Event Specialist support as needed.Desired Skills and Experience :
One to three years of similar or related experience.Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field or commensurate experience.A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and / or individuals) become necessary and often requires the ability to influence and / or sell ideas or services to others.Adept at accessing, analyzing, and summarizing data from multiple banking and information systems. Microsoft Office, including a strong knowledge of MS Excel, Adobe Suite, and Smartsheet / project management software experience preferred.Ability to learn and understand the credit union's products and services is key.Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive to work-related events as required.The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit for extended periods of time.Equal Opportunity Employer :
