What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pole Barn Builder position at CFDS?
POLE BARN BUILDER
Looking to hire a very experienced, strong, healthy person to help my crew build Pole Barns.
It can be a weekend job. Flexible.
Looking for someone between the ages of 30-50 due to the physicality of the project. No permits required on my Agriculture property in Longwood/Sanford area.
Will need to form and pour the concrete FOOTER and placed poles with concrete. Then frame out the Pole Barn (no walls) just a roof. Roof with be Rolled Shingle Roofing.
Need covered storage for Boats, ATV's, Golf Carts, Jet Ski & Trailers.
Estimated size of the first one to build is 20' x 100'.
I have equipment and laborers.
I even have skilled framers but they are not available on weekends.
IF IT TURNS OUT REALLY NICE, CAN BUILD MORE.
You must have your own power tools such as circular saws, saw saw, drills, hammers, etc
No Felons or Drug Users. Sorry.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
Work Location: In person
