What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer / Instructor position at CFESA?

Trainer / Instructor Position will take primary responsibility for :

Training entry-level students in CFESA's (Electric, Gas, Steam, Refrigeration) courses at our facility (training includes classroom and hands-on training)
Developing, designing, coordinating, and conducting large and small-scale training programs
Develop / Edit test content
Develop / Edit curriculum
Develop / Build Training Modules
Manage Equipment logistics and training center utilization and maintenance

Requirements :

You'll need to know how to troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment.

Knowledge of the commercial food service industry is preferred

Prior training experience, including classroom and interactive, hands-on instruction on modules and commercial cooking equipment, preferred

Powerpoint & office suites knowledge required

Mechanical aptitude required

Must be able to lift 65lbs

Must be able to travel as required

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must be able to provide proof of a clean driving record
