It will require a continuous focus on maintaining strong client relationships and supporting financial operations. The position involves overseeing key aspects of loan administration, including account management, client communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements. By coordinating with internal teams and external partners, this role plays a critical part in sustaining the financial integrity and smooth operation of the loan portfolio.

The wage range for this position is $90,000-$95,000. Compensation is determined based on factors such as Experience, Qualifications, and Internal equity.

By coordinating with internal teams and external partners, this role plays a critical part in sustaining the financial integrity and smooth operation of the loan portfolio.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic investor reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Work with the team to manage any potential credit events or defaults.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank, including Origination, Risk Management, Closing, Accounting, Treasury, and Portfolio Management, to support securitization transactions.
- Work with Portfolio Managers to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of legal documents and reports to investors through the Trustee.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to finalize remittance reports and process wire transfers for investor payments.
- Conducting account reconciliations and maintaining payment records.
- Monitor trade settlements.
- Stay informed on transactions and loan performance by tracking key metrics, reviewing financial statements, monitoring market trends, and analyzing borrower creditworthiness to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by internal and external clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of securitized products.
- Familiarity with FICS, Jack Henry, and/or FiServ is beneficial.
- Ability to identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Knowledge in accounting is a plus.
