**Job Summary**
CFG Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist with an LCSW to provide clinical services to inmates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the judicial, correctional, and mental health systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct emergency clinical assessments on individuals referred due to emotional distress.
Develop treatment plans based on individual needs, including housing location, medication referrals, brief counseling, and referrals for ongoing mental health or substance abuse treatment.
Conduct initial clinical assessments within ten days on all individuals identified as high-risk.
Provide brief individual or group counseling when clinically appropriate.
Assist mentally ill individuals in accessing services at the time of release.
Maintain daily and monthly statistics on client contacts and demographic data.
Attend bi-monthly staff meetings.
Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork on a daily basis.
**Requirements:**
Masters degree required.
LCSW required.
Must possess knowledge of the judicial, correctional, and mental health systems, clinical theory and practice with emphasis on crisis intervention, community resources, and how to access them.
